Dr Paul Dargusch currently serves as the Director of the Carbon Lab at the University of Queensland Australia. From 2012 to 2015 Paul served as Director of Education at the International Energy Centre. Paul has a special research interest in low carbon energy systems. He has over 20 years of professional experience across the private sector and academia. His research on carbon and energy management has been published in highly regarded journals such as Science and Nature Climate Change. His currentresearch is funded by FAO, the World Bank, USAID and the Australian Research Council. He has taught courses on energy management and corporate sustainability in Australia, Africa and South America for the United Nations Development Program and for private sector clients from the mining, oil and gas industry.
